The objective of the present work was to specify a model for the study of attitudes towards the effects of the pandemic on the environment. An exploratory, cross-sectional and correlational work was carried out with 100 students, considering their confinement and intensive use of electronic technologies, devices and networks. A factorial structure was found that explained 35% of the total variance, although the research design limited the results to the study setting, suggesting the extension of the work towards the contrast of the proposed model.

Raoultella planticola is a gram-negative bacillus that is rarely associated with clinical infections. We present a patient with recurrent urinary tract infections and glioblastoma multiforme that grew Raoultella planticola with urine culture. Of the 32 documented cases to date (only 8 of them in the United States), this is one of the few cases where the Raoultella planticola infection was a UTI in a patient with recurrent cystitis [1, 2]. The patient was successfully treated with cephalexin and nitrofurantoin.

A simple bedside test to distinguish neurogenic from non-neurogenic causes of orthostatic hypotension (OH) is the ratio of heart rate increase during OH to the simultaneous decrease in systolic blood pressure (SBP), i.e. the ?HR/?SBP ratio. In a patient suffering from persistent OH we monitored the ?HR/?SBP ratio to aid with a targeted therapy. During a six-week period four pairs of postural tests were performed, one in the fasting and the other in the postprandial state. Inconsistency of the ?HR/?SBP ratio under the patients apparently stable clinical condition was confusing. So, the ?HR/?SBP ratio did not help in taking therapeutic decisions.

Ms J B suffers from three time cancers in 20 years who has a severe family history. All of three cancers can be proved her diagnosis by biopsy, scan and relevant blood tests from the main stream. TCM can build up general wellbeing, repair the gay in the immune system, stimulate self-healing function and make patient have a higher lever rehabilitation. The external form for anticancer treatment is unique and effective treating access by TCM. She is 56 years old who keeps in a good life and a part-time work with a health state by now. We will report this case and analyze TCM’s effective mechanism on cancer treatment.
